Are you struggling with handling all of your debt? The average credit card debt carried by Americans is over $16,000! With numbers like this, it’s no wonder consumers are stressed out and seeking help.
Reaching out to National Debt Relief is a great first step, but it’s understandable if you are concerned about how the process will affect you. Fortunately, hundreds of thousands of consumers have gone through this process before you; many have provided detailed testimonials too! Let’s look at what some of these people wrote, so you have a better understanding of what it’s like to go through the National Debt Relief program.
Quick and Efficient
Evelyn C. was a recent National Debt Relief client. In a July 13th review for the Better Business Bureau, Evelyn wrote about her experiences working with NDR:
Can’t say enough about NDR. They have changed sleepless nights of worrying and constant robbing Peter to pay Paul. Been with the program since November 2017 and have had two accounts completely settled in that short period of time. These accounts were settled for LESS than was owed and this included their fees which were clearly stated in the contract signed. Looking forward to setting the remaining accounts. THANK YOU NDR!!!
They Do What They Say They Will
Committing to a method to resolve your debts can be daunting. However, Michael T. opted to become a National Debt Relief client in 2017, and he wrote in a Trust Pilot review that he has no regrets:
National Debt Relief actually does what they promise. Since I have been in the program, they have settled two of my accounts (many more to go though) but I was really surprised by what they were able to settle these accounts for. They settled my accounts for almost 40% of what the balance was in each case. It was really amazing. And when I saw that first account got settled, it was such a relief and I felt like there was a light at the end of the tunnel.
So, overall, if you have real problems, real hardships, or if you can’t control yourself and can’t be trusted with credit and have gotten yourself into terrible financial conditions due to abusing credit cards and loans, then National Debt Relief is for you. They will do what they promise for sure, and I would recommend them.
Thorough and Courteous
Rose of Whittier, CA is another National Debt Relief client. She recently recounted her experiences with National Debt Relief in a Consumer Affairs review:
From my first call to the associates at National Debt Relief (NDR), I was made to feel that my situation was understood and treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. The associate also took the time to explain what NDR could do for me and calmed my nerves. The second call I received from NDR was from an associate just as professional and respectful as the first person I had spoken to the day before. This person went over all my information to make sure everything was correct and, as with the first associate I spoke to, explained how the program works and what resources were available to me. All in all, the whole experience was one that assured me that they understood what I was going through and that they would work with me to be successful in taking care of my debts.
Eva R. is a National Debt Relief client who was dealing with a large amount of debt. On August 9, 2018, he left this Trust Pilot review about how National Debt Relief had helped alleviate the stress from creditor calls.
National Debt Relief, has been amazing! They work very well with their clients to communicate what’s going on with creditors and to see if it’s working for you. I love how they’re so involved with trying to negotiate the best deals for their clients. I started on a 3 year program and completed it in 21 months. Thanks National Debt Relief, your entire team that worked with me are Rock Stars!!!
Kind, Respectful, and Competent
Bryan is a National Debt Relief client from Seattle. He wrote about his experiences working with the team in a review for Consumer Affairs:
I joined the program in April 2018 because of massive debt, I didn’t want to claim bankruptcy, I believe you should resolve your debts not run from them. National Debt Relief has already paid one debt and is currently paying another, I have a few more to go but it feels great to stop the harassing calls and be able to pay my creditors, NDR’s staff are kind, respectful (SIC) and very competent at their job… 5 stars from me.
Settle Debts for Significantly Less
Savanha is another National Debt Relief client who is working on addressing multiple outstanding debts. In April 2018, she wrote a review for the Better Business Bureau website highlighting the progress National Debt Relief was making with resolving her debt.
I want to say how much I LOVE this company, they are helping me tremendously so far and they are great at what they do. They just settled my first debt for LESS than what I originally owed, and that is INCLUDING their fee for settling. There are a lot of customers leaving reviews that mention they did not know about the fee NDR charges for settling, but these are the people that must have signed the contract without thoroughly reading it first. It is this company’s job to tell you what you are signing yes, but it is a customer’s job to read the fine print before signing a contract… everyone knows you should always read through every word before signing. I have only been with this company since January 2018 and they have already settled one of my accounts, they are working on settling my 4 other creditors at the same time! This company definitely upholds their end of their contract. Yes, it does cost money monthly for fees as well as a fee for when they settle an account, however, it is definitely worth it.
Help to Rebuild Credit
Yvette was a National Debt Relief client who was concerned with the effect addressing her debts would have on her credit rating. Here is what she wrote about the process in a Consumer Affairs review:
I was in an $8000 debt and wanted to start paying it off so that I could be debt free and start focusing on building my credit. National Debt Relief has been really helpful whenever I need any assistance or information on anything. They’re very helpful with discussing settlements with the company and they’d call me whenever they reached something. So far, they’ve gotten me closer to paying off my debt in a reasonable amount of time. In fact, I’m looking at being out of debt by the time I’m 26. They also helped me focus on working on my credit and being able to improve it as opposed to continuing to hurt it. They’re very understanding and the customer service is fantastic.
Ease Debt Fears
Heather is an NDR client who, like many people in debt, was a bit intimidated about working with another organization to help her resolve them. Here’s what she had to say about working with National Debt Relief in a Trustpilot review:
3 months in, and already 2 of my debts have been resolved! I’m very happy with the results and progress that is being made. I am communicated with and kept informed on what is happening throughout every step of this process. It was scary to realize that I needed help out of a bad situation, but National Debt Relief has eased those fears and helped me on the road to being debt free! Can’t wait to finish this process!
Easily Customizable Program
Melissa A. was in dire financial straits when she decided to work with National Debt Relief. Credit cards, student loans, and medical debts had her in over her head. Here is what she wrote about her experiences with National Debt Relief’s team of experts in a Better Business Bureau review:
One of my best financial decisions! When I finally asked for help from National Debt Relief, I was a working professional with a masters degree, married to a full-time student, and expecting my first child. Working in the human services field (10 years) and the only income for our household, I felt like I could never get ahead. Every paycheck, I was falling further and further into debt. I had medical bills from two emergencies, student loan debts, and old credit card bills. I was fearful of having to explain why I could not keep up and I kept my debt a secret for too long! When I turned to NDR for assistance, their team members were very courteous, took the time to listen to all of my story and concerns, and they answered my questions to help me know all my options. NDR has settled at least 4 of my debts by cutting the accounts in half! I have a year left and now feel hopeful about being debt free in the near future. I will recommend NDR to anyone I know who is struggling and honestly wants to work out of debt. Additionally, each time I had setbacks (maternity leave or a snowy winter when I was not receiving as much work) I needed to request a grace period; NDR worked with me and helped revise an appropriate budget and payback schedule. Not only have they done excellent work in resolving my debts, but they are helpful and courteous each time I talk with them. Thank you National Debt Relief!
