She is great! & really personable. Communication was great, my email & phone. She made me feel NDR is passionate about rescuing people from debt. I waiting to begin payments. The only item I wish NDR would change is the payment dates. They can't withdraw on my 2nd payday of the month (paid every other Friday). They can only set a firm date, or take-out of 2 paydays.

My customer service rep was very helpful and patient. Glad he is the representative I got to work with. I'm not exactly the easiest to work with sometimes. But he was patient in my difficulty to fully explain the problem in a way to get it easily resolved. Would recommend (if this works out properly).

I had a wonderful experience from the beginning from my first call until I finally signed the agreement. It was the best decision I’ve made in a very long time. I would recommend a friend or someone that needed debt relief to join this program. The process took around a month with three credit checks or so, also you must have a certain amount of debt to be eligible for the program. The program has given me new life otherwise, I would have been drowning in debt for years. I am glad I found debt relief.

Calvin was an exceptional representative
This was a wonderful experience! It took about an hour but went incredibly smooth, Calvin was wonderful to work with. He answered all of my questions, if you are having a legitimate issue paying back credit card debt, I highly recommend this service. I saw a commercial on TV for National Debt Relief and then researched it more. I looked at three companies before I decided to go with NDR. Signing up was very easy. I just filled out the form that they needed me to fill out. The program worked for me. I could always go in and see how things were moving. It made it much easier to get everything paid off, which is all I've cared about. Now, I'm building up my credit again.

Kind, Compassionate, Easy to work with

Hopeful relief
The lady that I spoke with was nice and explained everything to me step by step, she was efficient with the process and that helped me understand clearly. I really appreciate the help that was given to me. I was reluctant at first to call to get help, but was just drowning further and further in debt and I knew it was time to go something about it, because it was stressing me out and starting to cause me to go into a depression and I knew it was time to do something about it.

Consolidation of credit cards
Sedrick worked with me and explained everything thoroughly. He was great to work with and answered the many question I asked. I give him a rating of 10. Totally thorough, made it easy to understand. Polite and courteous throughout whole process. Although the procedures were long and tedious, Sara made the process seamless. Very happy
I called without an ounce of hope that I can get this. However Andrew walked me through everything and got me approved. I’m so less stressed than I was before. It was a long process on the phone but it was well worth it. I recommend this to anybody that is struggling and truly needs helps and wants to get back on their feet.

Great customer service
I really appreciate the patience that was given to me, and that they were so flexible. They've made the process as easy as possible and will literally walk you through every step. That means a lot when you're dealing with things like this, that can be very anxiety-inducing. So yes, I'd definitely recommend them. 🙂

Mr. R. **, was very helpful as I explain my debt situation to him. I felt a sign of relief, I was stressing out, I kept getting phone calls 6 to 8 times a day every day, and weekends as well, even after 8:15pm. I had to block lot of those calls.

I saw an advertisement for National Debt Relief somewhere and I looked it up and read about it. I wanted to try a different way of getting rid of my debt. I talked to a representative and enrollment was easy. The service was good too. There were a couple of cards that didn't want to negotiate at all and it dragged on and on. It was hard to get an answer to what was going on with that. Still, I paid off what was left of balance a few months early. It was better for me to have somebody else contact the card companies and negotiate since I'm not an expert on this.
Working with National Debt Relief made life much better because money was taken out of my checking account couple of times a month to cover payments to cards and I had extra money in there. It was a lot less stressful that way and I had a timeline as to when my debts will all be paid off. Overall, they did a good job. They communicated when I called up or sometimes I just emailed. One thing that wasn't made really clear is how much the fees would be, but it's over with. Everything is paid off.

It's been an overall great experience with National Debt Relief and it seems like I paid it off. I didn't get the details. One day, I just got a letter saying it was done and I thought it was scheduled for next year to be done. They have a website and I usually just call in sometimes to handle any business I wanna handle directly. Customer support was pleasant. Most of the time, it was only just to postpone a payment if I felt I needed to do so. So they were pretty easy to reach and, every time I asked, they put me in a brief hold and they go ask someone and they got it done.

I had credit card debt and National Debt Relief was the only solution we had because my husband was ill. We had to worry about the other bills with my husband and I couldn't do both. The enrollment process was fairly easy. I called and the rep asked me to give them all my credit card people's names and we talked about how much money I would have to have taken out for the deal. They told me not to talk to my collectors and to just give them their phone number and they would take care of it. And they did. I didn't have any of the collectors call me after NDR had sent out the letters. They told me at the beginning when I enrolled that I might get a summons and to call them as soon as we got it. I didn't panic and I just called them. They told me what I needed to do and I did it and it was great. I graduated from the program about four months ago. It was great working with NDR and I would recommend them.

After I researched NDR, I thought it would be a good program. The enrollment process was very easy. They were very helpful. They stayed on top of things and there was very little I had to do. A couple of times I would have a couple of questions on a particular plan, a particular creditor and they were always on top of it, would get the question answered and get right back to me. If you're ready to make the change, NDR has a good program to go through to get the help needed. The program helped me a great deal. It cut many years down to three to four.

The enrollment process was easy. I just made a phone call and signed up. Then National Debt Relief emailed me something to sign and I did that and that was it. I'm done with the program and it's amazing. I love them. I was really impressed with everybody I dealt with. I've been paying cash for everything on a debit card and I'm saving a little bit. I'm so happy I did it.

The program took three years for me, but it was settled. I'm not real computer-oriented, and it would be months and months before I would hear something from somebody. But it was okay. It was coming out of my bank and I knew it was being taken care of. It was taken care of in the time that they told me it would be. Years ago, there was some kind of computer glitch and I've always been wary of having any large amount coming out of my checking account. So I was very nervous about doing that to start with, but it worked out perfectly.
I'm on social security, and at the end of the month, sometimes there's not a lot left in your account, so it can be scary. But it worked out fine. Every couple of months, I would usually get a call from someone saying what was being done. The people I talked to were always wonderful people to talk to. I've told several people that if they've got a problem, National Debt Relief is not an easy way but it is a good way to do it.
