I got online looking for some way to get out of debt. National Debt Relief popped up and had good reviews. They’ve been quick during the enrollment process and they answer stuff. I’m in the middle of the process right now and it seems to be going good. They answer the phone pretty quick. They usually get a hold of me before I get a chance to get a hold of them. Plus I don’t seem to be put on hold very long. There were a few times where the payment bounced but they worked with me pretty well to get it done. I paid off one payment so far. But stuff seems to get closer to getting paid off. NDR has been pretty easy to deal with.

Great customer service! Paul and the welcome call committee were very thorough with their information! This will be a great way to relieve the amount of stress that has occurred regarding my debt. I am excited to be able to be debt free one day. Thank you!
i have never worked with such caring supportive people before. These wonderful people really care about people suffering with debt burden that is overwhelming in some of our lives. Spoke to two very special people that took a lot of time to explain each step to take for me and my husband to become debt free! Thank you.
I had a great experience with everyone I spoke with. They’re all extremely professional & knowledgeable. They actually do care about their customers and are wanting to assist them in the best way for any specific situation and scenario. Thank you for assisting my family to the path of financial freedom!!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I never felt like I was being rushed off the line. I felt like they had all day to answer any questions I had and help me get everything in motion. Just began the process so only time will tell how the program is!
I have had excellent service from everyone that has helped me threw the process. They explained everything so that I understood. I was very pleased with the whole experience... I will definitely tell others about my experience. I feel like a thousand pounds have been lifted off my shoulders. I was crying daily wondering what I was going to do. I had already had a year of family issues that I was worried about.
Today I was helped by Franklin ** and he was awesome!! He was thorough and showed his concern to help. Franklin not only explained everything and made sure I understood he kept in contact with me throughout the process. When I was transferred to the Welcome Center the second man, sorry I forgot his name, was just as thorough.

I did some research and went with National Debt Relief. The interaction with their rep was great. They clearly answered all the questions that I needed them to answer and the enrollment process was great. They lowered my bills however, it feels like they’re taking a lot more than I thought they would. I did get an offer from the last credit card that if I were to cancel now I don’t have to pay the rest of the money that I owe them. I wish NDR could do something else when it comes to that, but I don’t wanna screw them over because they did help me. It would be great though if the cost would be a bit smaller. But they need to pay their employees and themselves so I understand that concept. It is what it is. Other than that, it’s a good program and I recommended National Debt Relief to people. So far, I’m paying NDR so once that drops off then my life would be much better because I wouldn’t have to pay them that huge amount of money per month.

I liked National Debt Relief's payment term and flexibility, and their enrollment process was simple. They worked with me on the payment plan and we found a sweet spot. I’ve been making consistent payments with NDR and so far, they have paid off two or three of my cards. Being able to have that small decrease in payments really helps. Their reps have been good. They’ve reached out every time there’s a settlement or things that they need to call in. And I just log in on the account online to check most of what’s going on where I can also email. With what I’m gonna get at the end of the program, the cost is definitely fair. Moreover, I liked the fact that I had another card that popped up on the radar and they took it in and apparently, it’s gonna be covered in the initial agreement. That was helpful. So far, I have seen my credit score go up and hopefully it continues to improve.

I heard that National Debt Relief was a good company to go with so I went with them. They handled all the creditors for me, so I didn’t have to deal with it. I like the fact that they put all my payments into one low monthly payment instead of me having to try to get all the payments at once. And they set my payment to where it was doable for me where I could still meet my every day living expenses. The portal that they have where I can log into to stay up-to-date was efficient and thorough. So far, I have completed the program. National Debt Relief helped me get out of debt.

I had credit card debt issues. I did some research and took a little assessment online and I was pointed in the direction of National Debt Relief. Their enrollment process was good. The person I talked to was really informative, patient and helpful throughout the whole thing. They walked me through everything and explained everything clearly. However, when I send out an email regarding anything, I never get a response in which I need to call every time. Also, when I send over a document, there’s radio silence whenever I ask if they received it. So I have to call to make sure they got it. I like the cost a lot. It was good and that was one of the reasons why I did the debt relief service. And, doing the flat fee charge rather than an interest was what sealed the deal for me. There’s no penalty for paying it off early. It’s all fixed in, it’s all one hard cost that they have to worry about. And if I had to worry about any sort of interest accruing over time, then that would defeat the purpose of that. So I was really happy with that and after all the debt negotiations and charging me for the service, it’s still less money that I would have been paying on my own to those creditors. So, it’s a win-win for everyone. Overall, National Debt Relief has allowed me to make manageable payments towards all my debt. Right now, I’m somewhere in the middle of the program and it’s going well. I have multiple creditors and having to change over all of the information to National Debt Relief was really difficult for me. Especially because there were a couple that I wasn’t really allowed to do that. So I have to play a little strategy with those people, having to do it on my own. It was intimidating. So if there’s one area of improvement, it would be on how to go about that process, just switching all responsibility from me to National Debt Relief.

Communication with NDR was good. The enrollment process was fairly easy too. It's just that I didn’t have access to a fax machine and the place that I used was UPS and there was something wrong with their machine and it wasn’t getting stuff. And that was my only glitch. I probably could have done it online but I didn’t have an access to that at that time. Now, everything has already been resolved and all the creditors are taken care of. And it’s so much better knowing that I have no more debt and no more credit cards. From now on, I use my debit card. If there’s no money, then we don’t use it. It’s so nice to feel debt-free and that’s fabulous. Even though I still have another year to do the payments, it’s still taken care of and no phone calls from the creditors and it’s great. Overall, I’ve been very happy with their service.

My husband took a big pay cut and we were trying to figure out how to get out from under a bunch of credit cards that we had. My husband called National Debt Relief, and we are on a program where we put a certain amount into an account every other week and they are trying to settle all of our cards for a smaller amount. Enrolling with NDR was easy. We had to get some information together for them. And it took a phone call or two and we got them the information. They told us it would be a wait while they started negotiating, and several months later, we started getting the offers for the settlements. And the last time we checked, we’re at 20% settled. Our negotiators have been very nice and they’ve been really negotiating well. When I asked questions, they answer them. And normally, either I or my husband get a phone call or an email from them. When they called while we were at work and we didn't answer them, we got emails and we called when we got the chance. They walked us through and told us how much we owed and how much they’re offering. They ask if we want to settle and then we just answer with a yes or no. When we were first setting up, they told us they have this global account and they'll electronically take funds from our checking account and put it in this account. And we have access to it all the time and we can check it any time, see where things are going and where money is coming in and where money is going out. National Debt Relief has been doing what I couldn’t do for myself. I’ve been really happy with the whole thing. And the program allowed us to have some relief and provided us with some peace of mind.

I no longer have a roommate and my father passed away. I couldn’t put on my funds toward paying my bills and it’s very scary. I’m now living on my own on the little bit of money I have. I found National Debt Relief online and they were rated the top. The enrolment was done mostly online which made it much easier and the person was very thorough in explaining how I answer and sign it. NDR took over managing my debts by me sending a certain sum every month. They're very thorough in helping me understand how they’re putting the money through, if I have problems like the budget getting tight somehow and then not making the full amount, and how much they would pay toward companies and how they would speak to them and make a deal with them. And they get in contact with me to okay the deal and start working toward paying it off. Also, the cost of services is excellent. NDR has impacted my life greatly. If I had tried to do this on my own, it would not have worked. People can live with the horror and try to do it on their own or they could take this way and afterward, build their credit again. National Debt Relief will also help understand how to do that or give direction.

He really deserves an award for going above and beyond. Oh and his son and I share the same birthday!! 🙂 That's how personable he was and was greatly appreciated. And Ed deserves one just being Ed... a nice funny guy!!

Taking the next step
I found the customer service and willingness and ability to helpfully answer all of my questions helped me to feel like this is a good next step for me in resolving some of my debt challenges. While I am overwhelmed about the short-term and resolution of these debts, I feel optimistic that this is a good program for me thanks to the support provided by the NDR team I worked with.

Ask me in 6 months
The agent who explained the program and helped me sign in was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, professional and didn't judge me. I have lots of questions and I'll have to send him an email. The lady with the "welcome call" was really nice too, but the legal stuff is hard to explain so fast, but it made sense.
It was a wonderful experience. Nick and Keith explained the process and timeline of the events easily, and at no time did I feel pressured about asking for help. I would gladly recommend this company and its employees for excellent customer service.

The person I spoke with, Analissa, was very thorough. She took her time to explain in full how the program would work. She answered all of my questions with respect. She let me know she was available for further questions, but she did not contact me excessively.
