Great Customer Service!
Had a great experience with Matthew **, he was very knowledgeable, detailed, and helpful with my situation. He was also very patience, and explained every detail. I was a little hesitant to sign up for Mark helped me walk through the process, and feel comfortable with the decision.

Patient and helpful
The process was a little lengthy but Duane was very patient and helped me with each step. Now my debt is manageable and I am doing my best to get it taken care of. This gives me hope that I will continue to make the payments and still have my basic needs met every day

I was glad to have Pam helping me today. She was very polite, patient and helpful in the explanation of the program. I spoke with her Monday and she was patient enough to wait until I had a few days to collect my thoughts and feelings of the situation I now find myself in. I have never had to even consider anything like this. It was doing National Debt Relief or filing bankruptcy. I think I made the better choice.

FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE, POSITIVE
Amanda was very nice and helped us understand everything that we need. She was able to tell us about her personal experience. She did not make us feel horrible about having to apply and was a great experience. Amanda, was able to recommend an otpion for us to do based off of experience she has had working for National Debt Relief even though it was not recommended from the auditor.

Great Consultation Experience
Shufreda ** was the NDR representative that assisted my husband and I on getting started and understanding the process of the Debt Relief Program. She was very inviting, very thorough and showed much compassion. She allowed us to ask all the questions we needed and never rushed us. She made sure that we understood everything she explained to us. It was such a pleasure speaking with Shufreda. She provided my husband and I with the proper tools and information to move forward with a successful journey. Enrollment
The first time I called, I spoke to Jason **. He was professional, helpful and courteous. I was not ready to move forward. The next time I spoke to an agent, and was not happy with her demeanor at all. The supervisor wound up joining the call. I did not enroll, I just wanted to ask further questions. When I was ready to enroll, I texted Jason **. Again, I found him to be courteous and professional. I truly hope this program does not disappoint me.

Financial Gem
I contacted National Debt Relief today. I really didn't know what I wanted to do concerning my financial situation. The thought of talking to a complete stranger on the phone terrorized me. So I started a chat with the representative then they asked if was available to talk. I was ready to end the chat but I agreed to answer the call. I was greeted on the phone by the representative named Zay. He was very thorough at explaining my different options and made me feel comfortable in the process. I can breathe
First let me say after so many NOs I finally got a yes from NDR. I couldn't be happier. I want to give Dagsel ** all the praise in the world. He made this process easy even though it here was some hiccups but it was nothing that I couldn't fix with his guidance. He explained everything in terms that I could understand and my payment is obtainable amount that I can handle. To new beginnings
I have been debating on going through a debt consolidation for years now, but was always afraid to pull the trigger in fear of somehow getting myself into more trouble than I was already in. I got a pre-approval letter in the mail and decided to start a chat and just get some more information. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Sarah on the other end of the chat. She then called me and we had a wonderful conversation where Sarah made me feel confident and secure in my decision to look further into NDR services. I took a day or two to discuss with my husband and family and ultimately decided to go through with it. I am only at the very beginning of my journey, and though I am slightly terrified, I am also excited and hopeful that this will assist with turning my financial life around.

I received excellent service and explanations to every question
I was very pleased with both women that I spoke to with regard to helping me with my debt with my credit cards. They were both very cordial and very interested in everything I had to say, and that made me feel very comfortable. I spoke to Sierra on November 3 and I spoke to Robin on November 4. I just need help getting through all of this because I’ve never done anything like this before. Excellent Company
Best thing we ever did for ourselves. The intake person I worked with was kind, considerate, patient and the nicest person I have dealt with in a long time. Finally have a resolution in sight. We are senior citizens with a fixed income and since the economy is so bad, we just didn't know where to turn. This has solved all of our problems.
