Fantastic staff, easy sign up

Excellent customer Service
I was canceling my plan because I was worried about certain consequences doing the settle program. But the NDR representative helped me with the questions I had about the program and made me reconsider. The representative explained everything clearly and very professionally, and I was able to trust the program again. The representative was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Best place to help
When I first started the program, Robert ** explained everything clearly. I understood everything. Since having National Debt Relief, my credit is back on the rise, my debts are getting paid off, by me, with their help. I actually received a check of $1.72 for an overpayment to a credit card. Found my answer
Seamless sign up for the program. Everything is explained completely. My initial call was initiated out of worry and despair over my financial situation. At the completion of my call and enrolling in the program, I came away with a feeling of confidence knowing that there is a way to survive the feeling of “drowning in debt”.

Relief
For the past few months, I've been living in a constant state of panic—waking up at 3 a.m., frustrated, confused, and desperately searching for a solution. I felt completely stuck and had no real strategy for dealing with my debt. The weight on my shoulders came from four credit cards and a private student loan whose minimum payment barely made a dent. Nearly 80% of each payment went toward interest, with only a small amount reducing the actual balance. The hardest part was knowing that, for the most part, I had no one to blame but myself. Aside from my private student loan—which I signed for at 18 without fully understanding what I was agreeing to—the credit cards had all started as interest-free offers.
I genuinely believed I would have them paid off before the promotional rates expired. Then life happened: a car accident, unexpected medical issues, and the rising cost of everything. That's what ultimately led me to NDR. I had the pleasure of speaking with Matt P., and that phone call changed everything. After reviewing my situation, he talked me through what felt like complete despair and reassured me that there was hope. His patience, knowledge, and genuine compassion gave me a sense of relief that I hadn't felt in months.
Matt carefully explained each step of the process, discussed alternative options for resolving my debt, and helped me determine the solution that made the most sense for my situation. At no point did I feel like he was trying to sell me something. If you're feeling overwhelmed by debt and don't know where to turn, I can't recommend NDR—and especially Matt P.—highly enough. I'm incredibly grateful for his guidance and for helping me see a path forward when I truly believed I was out of options.

National Debt Relief did a great job. The customer support was fantastic. When I asked them to pay off a certain creditor, they did. They settled the accounts and I got my credit cards paid off in a little over two years. There were settlement fees and they took a portion of the settlement, but there was no cost to sign up for the program. I've been in credit and collections all my life and I did this because I am terminally ill and I wanted to get my credit cards paid off before I die. The payments were all up to date but it was a higher payment than what I would have preferred and the interest was accruing. Paying it at the minimum or slightly above would not have gotten me paid off within the time frame that I did.
