Representative was very professional and readily answered all of my questions. He took the time to go over my debt and what will happen in the upcoming months. Also I was concerned about my credit union and he told me that I could call them to ask about them taking out more payments.

On track to be debt free.
I am so glad that my Sister told me about this program. They are helping me get back on track and become debt free. I have been on this program for less than a year and they have settled a couple of debts for me. I would recommend this program to anybody that is dealing with lots of debts.

The enrollment process with National Debt Relief was easy and simple. I talked to more than one of their reps, and they got that beautiful accent like Florida accent. They did made me feel comfortable. At first, I was excited I was getting a big refund, but I did realize I was not. Still, I was satisfied. I delayed a payment, and they were patient. Also, I get full access of their website. I can check anytime I want.

I was pleased with the expediency of National Debt Relief in making settlements with my three credit cards. It took exactly a year, which was great that they made settlements with all of them. The enrollment process was lengthy, but needed to be known. They asked me about what my monthly pay was and then all my outgoing payments to see what I could afford to make the payment. At one point toward the end, I had some money in the bank, and I knew I wasn't going to need it because I only had one credit card left. What I had in the bank was more than what I needed. So, I asked them if they could discontinue pulling out my withdrawal, and they did. It was good.
Every time I called National Debt Relief, the reps were very kind, respectful, and patient. They made a plan to pay off in monthly payments but I told them that I had the money in the bank and to just pay them off in one payment. They accommodated me because I wanted to get it done. So, they were very accommodating and pleasant. They congratulated me in an email. It was a wonderful experience. I'm very pleased with it.

The information given was explained precisely and clearly. You can ask questions and given time to consolidate your debts. No pressure regarding the beginning-to-end time for the assessment. This whole experience of knowing that I would have some relief and pressure from owning debt.

Great team
I have nothing but good things to say about the team I've been working with. No matter who I talked to they were able to answer all my questions and if didn't have answer was able to get the answer within a few minutes. I was in trouble. I couldn't keep paying all my payments and I was getting in deeper. When I talked to National Debt Relief, they explained things well so I could understand how things worked. I talked to several reps there and they were all very helpful, and they helped me get through it. I had some hardships where I couldn’t make the payment sometimes, and they worked with me on that, too. They were very sympathetic to my situation. I finally got through it and graduated the course, and I'm debt-free now.
The only problem I ended up having, and it wasn't with them, but it was with the credit bureaus. NDR was on point with all my creditors, but Trans Union was not. That credit bureau is behind at times. I don't know why everybody uses them because they don't do their job very well. When I first started with NDR, I was scared but after it was explained to me how everything worked, I went along with it, and it paid off in the end. Working with the company was a relief. I got money to put elsewhere out and not worry about having to pay all those debts.

All around Great Company

Seamless experience!
This process has been seamless thus far. NDR is consistent in their communication with you to let you know next steps and what to expect. When a settlement has been reached, is the greatest feeling as you’re closer to becoming debt free! They arm you with every possible resource as well for maintaining good credit/finance habits.

Great assistance from the representatives!!!
I called for assistance with my program deposit because my payroll direct deposit was coming in the form of a check instead of electronically this week. My representative was amazing and took her time with me, she offered options, and we came up with a solution that was definitely workable. Every time I call, I get great assistance. This is my second time working with NDR and I appreciate all that they are doing for me!

Summoned to court
Was anyone on here summoned to court for a debt? If so How did it end? I am so scared. I have never had anything like this happen. So far they have settled 4 of my creditors thank God but I am just concerned about this one.
