I liked Kagan from Mone Maya. He took great care of me to help me get out of debt. I was paying somewhere around $600 a month in loans and now I pay one low payment a month that I can handle..I appreciate Kagan ** from money Maya and National Debt Relief for coming to my rescue.

The enrollment process with National Debt Relief was easy. I called, and the rep walked me through it. He was knowledgeable and his kindness stood out to me. I was able to keep track of my progress through the app. It was easy to use and keep up with, and it was up-to-date. It showed you everything as you went along. The program got me out of debt and my biggest learning experience was how to manage my money. People should give National Debt Relief a try.

Great customer service
Excellent customer service. I was helped by Rebecca **, she was wonderful. Very patient and answered all my questions. Deciding to do something like this is a very hard decision and she made me feel good and like I have done something wrong by getting into debt. Times are had right now and she made me feel like I was still a good person.

6 months later, and I still came back.
When I first reached out to National Debt Relief, I was curious and really didn't know much. I was assigned to Lisa **. Right off the bat, she was helpful, informative, knew her stuff, efficient, and funny. I wasn't ready at the time to move forward, but I told her that because she was so good and kind to me, that if I ever moved forward, I would reach out to her again. 6 months later, I was ready. And the impression she made one during our first couple of calls was enough to keep my commitment. She made it easy for me to take the leap of faith and start on my journey to getting rid of my debt. Thank you NDR and Lisa for making the steps super easy. I'm ready to put my debts behind me.

Excellent customer service from a friendly, patient, compassionate representative who explained everything perfectly. In less than 90 minutes, they had me enrolled and ready to stop paying over 30% interest on five different credit cards and cut my monthly payments in half.
